September 28th, 2009 Picks

(skip to picks)I had a helluva Saturday night up on the mountains, hence the lack of picks for Sunday. I figured picks are pretty useless after the fact so fugeddaboutit, yea? Picked up a win with Sunderland this morning and went on to win with Mark Sanchez and the Jets at home to bring my streak to 5. So far there are only six picks on the board for tomorrow but I figure they'll throw up a couple more props before the end of the day. Probably. So on to the picks!

    emphatic DISAGREE with first pick considering Kuroda recently beat the Pirates and Duke has been terrible recently, Dodgers lost yesterday i think they'll win today comfortably as they don't often lose back to back games. i mean what more actually useful information do you need?

    So when you say Duke has been terrible recently are you including his start on the 15th when he held the Dodgers to 2 runs in 7.1 innings in L.A.?

    I also think only 2 L.A. starters have picked up wins against the Pirates this season - Kuroda, and Jon Garland. Garland picked up a win recently as well, in L.A., but then got a loss the next time he played them a couple days ago in Pittsburgh.
